1. Data controller

Namelix (namelix.ai) is operated by Escala Digital Solucoes LTDA, which acts as the controller of your personal data. Contact: suporte@namelix.ai.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email and login credentials (or your Google identifier if you sign in with Google).

Usage content: descriptions and keywords you type, generated names, favorites, generation history and Arena votes.

Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and usage/telemetry data.

Support messages you send us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Creating and managing your account (contract performance).

Providing the service: generating names, checking domains, keeping favorites and history (contract performance).

Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).

Product improvement and usage statistics (legitimate interests).

Customer support (contract performance).

Marketing communications, where applicable (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).

4. Data sharing

Service providers and subprocessors: hosting, infrastructure, analytics and support tooling.

Stripe: to process USD and EUR card payments.

Mercado Pago: for processing payments in Brazilian reais (Pix and card) from users in Brazil.

Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Brazil/EEA. In those cases we apply appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed to meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. We respond to requests within 1 month. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and site functionality, and local storage for preferences (language, favorites). We do not use third-party marketing cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
