We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request

For USD purchases (processed by Stripe), request a refund at suporte@namelix.ai with the email used for the purchase; the amount goes back to the same card.

For purchases in Brazilian reais processed by Mercado Pago, request via suporte@namelix.ai and we will refund through the same payment method.

After the refund

Once refunded, the credits from the refunded pack are removed from your account. Credits already consumed before the request may be deducted from the refunded amount.
